Today Facebook sent one of those 10 years ago vs now memories.
If it wasnβt for Queen Warriors and all of you ladies encouraging me with your stories, workouts and posts I donβt think I could have accomplished this. I had lost hope in the Fall of 2023 thinking am never going to look myself again this age weight gain is real but Raven helped prove me wrong with the Spring and Summer Challenge. Thank you Fabiana over and over and everyone else. I look forward to getting over my covid and start back with live workouts!

Hi ladies my last post was on Saturday! I was finally able to complete the 10k steps for the day :) That was huge for me!
However I became sick and finally better π
Today is DAY 3 of week 4 #LYC I will start today as Day 1 I know Iβm backed up, but mentally equipped to workout at my pace and complete the challenge this week πͺπ½and I have Fabiana Ferrarini @queenwarrior and #LYC challenge to thank for that! Thank you ππΌ
Iβm attaching my best steps from last weekβ¦ladies I work from home with very little wiggle rooms for steeping out and completing 10k steps but if you try you can accomplish more thank you think! Cheers to my 1st day back we got this πͺπ½πΈπ»ππΌβ£οΈ
Happpy Friday Jr ladies!!! Woke up feeling tired from not sleeping well but still got to that 6:30am workout! I think itβs because when I put on Raven Cruz legging set I felt cute! Summer LYC week 1 day 4β

hey hey everyone been a while, currently 3 months pregnant and the 1st trimester kicked my ass but am coming back slowly excited to see them gains. Curious what workouts should I not due during pregnancy or are all ok still? if anyone can help that be great.
