Ive been feeling bloated for the pass couple of day. Im drinking green tea to help myself. ๐ต ravens core work out definitely helped though.
Iโm struggling to go up/down steps and getting out my car with this sorenessโฆ but man I feel so good! Itโs crazy how just a few days of working out and eathing healthy has me feeling so much lighter! I love it!!!

Truly feeling inspirational with this challenge! I have struggled with my weight after my third child in my 30โs. Iโve been persistent this entire week with work outs and my meals. Today I started with 4 boiled eggs and black coffee for breakfast, a cheese stick and piece of salami for a snack and now lunch is grilled chicken breast, shredded carrots, guacamole, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes and cucumbers ๐ฅฐ! Truly great doing this as a team !! Get it Queens!
Just finished my workout for today ๐ช๐ฝ. I plan to workout every other day but I know some days I will have do them in a row. Anyways, second workout for the week done โ๏ธโ๏ธ
Day 1. Completed work out week 1 Day 1. Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs with 1 slice of Ezequiel bread. Lunch - protein drink with cheese stick, dinner chicken spinach and tomatoes. โค๏ธ๐No snacks. Feeling confident about this challenge. ๐
