Queens I woke up thinking of us and QWtv. I wanted to share again that for me what seems to really be helping my journey is having joined Coach Alexis nutrition class and Fabiana’s nutrition package.

Am noticing my eating habits and choices are changing and it’s all due to their guidance in those programs. We can’t just do the workouts we must also follow a healthy nutrition plan.

Yesterday, I did my steps at the beach with my niece I didn’t make 10,000 steps but close enough at 8,825!!

Got my workout in , did the booty blaster hr video and man I can feel it already πŸ₯ΉπŸ˜­πŸ’•πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ”₯ and with my handy dandy helper my sweet girl she helped me through the last bit and was my weight lolz πŸ˜‚ she loved it πŸ₯° and after she was ready to eat and knock out !!

When I tell yall today’s Week 2 Day 2 full body has me TIRED! I mean that!, but I got through it. I usually do an hour workout but I’m just gonna stick to 30mins today lol
