Queens I woke up thinking of us and QWtv. I wanted to share again that for me what seems to really be helping my journey is having joined Coach Alexis nutrition class and Fabianaβs nutrition package.
Am noticing my eating habits and choices are changing and itβs all due to their guidance in those programs. We canβt just do the workouts we must also follow a healthy nutrition plan.

Yesterday, I did my steps at the beach with my niece I didnβt make 10,000 steps but close enough at 8,825!!

Got my workout in , did the booty blaster hr video and man I can feel it already π₯ΉππππΌπ₯ and with my handy dandy helper my sweet girl she helped me through the last bit and was my weight lolz π she loved it π₯° and after she was ready to eat and knock out !!
When I tell yall todayβs Week 2 Day 2 full body has me TIRED! I mean that!, but I got through it. I usually do an hour workout but Iβm just gonna stick to 30mins today lol
