Just wanted to share some of my culture. I made bunon and griot normally it has picklies but I donโt like spicy. No bread just green plantain lettuce tomato and chicken breast with kindred garlic sauce

I had a busy day today! I took my son to the fall festival farm and was outside running around at that with him all day, then I came home and went for a 2.5 mile walk and now, I still did a power workout ๐ช๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ. Iโm tired and stinky lol but Iโm happy!
My meal prep.. I only get to fit in one meal a day with my schedule.. everything else is eating on the go.. โhealthy snacksโ here I have. A bed of spinach, scoop of lentals, scoop of Quinoa, broccoli, salmon, mushrooms and some air fried sweet potatoes. O and pumpkin seed.. i hear itโs good for you lol. I pop it in the microwave at work and is DELICIOUS ๐

She kicked A$$ today. She punished me tonight after a break away on vacation to Aruba. Now back to reality. I kept my cardio walk daily.

Hi Queens! I was born in Central America and raised in Hollywood/Los Angeles I am a Dodgers fan ๐and I made this collage and just realized all I want is to maintain the look that makes me feel the most like me.
Last year, I started losing that look. I was 1 year into menopause, something I waited for my whole life lol hated my horrible periods and never wanted to have kids so I went into so happy! Like yay!! Until, the weight gain started and not only was I gaining weight my body was looking deformed. My arms omg so different than now. Iโve never been super fit I love eating but I have done my best to not be any bigger. Itโs in my family genes we are big people, or at least not fit, they will kill me for calling them big ๐am petite so every one appears bigger!
One day feeling completely defeated ๐ I remembered I had Queen Warriors and all I had to do was do it! That was last November and since then and 3 challenges later am feeling like me again.
Donโt take your body for granted be good to it now. Eat well and exercise. I really wish I had Queen Warriors in my younger years but I am so grateful I have QW now!
Every member and their stories, enthusiasm plus Fabiana, Raven, Ynona, Chasity, Aimee, Alexis, Jennifer all these amazing young Queens guiding me back to a place I didnโt think I could come back to. Thank you ladies!!
