📢 Important Update: Dance HIIT Live Class with Coach Neysha

Hello Queens,

We sincerely apologize for today’s change in schedule. Unfortunately, coach Neysha was unable to make it due to an unexpected issue, and the scheduled Dance HIIT livestream class has been canceled.

We know how much many of you look forward to these live classes, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused to your workout plans.

Your patience and understanding mean so much to us, and we’ll follow up with another update as soon as we have more details to share. Thank you for continuing to show up for yourself and supporting one another in this amazing community.

Hey Queens, happy Saturday!! Just finished my last LYC class today!!! Even tho you can’t Physically see the results, I feel happier, healthier, & stronger within these last 4 weeks!!

I’m a chef so I work weekends & im normally a few days behind on videos, but we’re here & finished our challenge!! So happy with how the classes were!

You’ll be seeing me in the next challenges to come! Thanks so much Fabi, I couldn’t do it without you & your motivation ❤️

Long rant: i joined this community back in May, i was only 1 month postpartum and going through postpartum depression and anxiety (still am) and needed something to lift my spirits. I even joined the LYC glow and flow back in June to try and get me to commit and do this, I was doing the workouts, even did the booty blasters and really pushing myself. Needless to say i fell off, completely just lost track of everything, depression got a grip and didn’t let go. I missed one workout and one turned into two and so forth and here i am, 4 months later and back at work and completely out of it.

I am doing one workout today just to get me moving and seeing where this goes. This post is to take accountability for falling behind and losing track and focus but also to express that yes i fell back but i can get back up. I will try this again and try to stay motivated to do this. Postpartum is HARDDDDD and i wish that i could just snap my fingers and be better but there’s work to be done.

Here’s to me, waking up early, going to the gym in my building and getting on the treadmill for a good 30 minutes at least and then maybe doing a low intensity workout to get me moving.. then enjoying an iced coffee because life is really life-ing.

I absolutely love this challenge. It couldn’t have come at a bettime. I absolutely needed something to get my mind off my daily life. I looked forward to getting the beat down and haunt mind say you can do this about something else for a change. I feel like it paid off, I can start to see a different in my body and I know I just have to keep go. This is truly my motivation. I’ve also started back cycling, so this combination will get me where I need to be. I just have to work on the nutrition part the most. Thanks Fab
