Hope you’re all okay. I know the news of Coach Raven leaving us is very sad. I guess she has to move on the the next chapter of her wonderful life, we were blessed to have been part of this one. Her energy made working out easy and fun. I hope we all take a little bit of that energy with us as we continue on our own amazing path to the next chapter of our lives.
We have Fabiana, Jennifer and so many amazing coaches here I know we will be ok. I follow Coach Raven and Coach Yvona on Instagram to stay connected 💞💞.
Today, a Queen 👑 posted asking what books are we reading, I shared one, then I went on YouTube and found the whole book on audio!

Just saw this: A Pilates class on Friday! Thank you Fabiana! ❤️
As a massage therapist Queens every time I have a healthy, fit client I find out they practice Yoga, Pilates or spinning. It’s more than the exercise it’s a lifestyle that comes with these exercises and a motto, my body is my temple, which means they treat their body with respect, it’s also a body, mind and soul practice.
Some people are born into households with discipline some of us weren’t but it’s never to late to try and make these changes.
In 2019 I weighed 119lbs. I was going to a gym taking Pilates, Yoga, Spinning & HIIT classes! During Covid I stopped going to the gym.. I was also entering my 50s, I gained 20lbs during the pandemic years. I always dream of one day hitting 130 if not lower but it’s yet to happen. However, I have accepted myself at this weight because with Queen Warriors help I am still maintaining and not gaining more.
Add Pilates and Yoga to your workout routine and see if you love the results.

Can you tell me when the descriptions for the new week of classes is provided (e.g. equipment needed)? I just looked at the upcoming week and I didn't see a full description for the classes except that each class will be a full body calss. Is that correct for this week?

My daughter has watched me workout with the QW community since she was 3 years old; She’s now 7. I found this in her backpack and I about cried my a🍑🍑 off! Life has been kicking my butt butt! We’re doing the best we can Queens, keep setting examples and showing up for yourself. Our babies are watching and paying close attention to the things we say and do!💞💞💞 We got this!
