I did it!!! I completed the new format 3 one hour workouts. Coach Raven used every second of her time to make sure the body worked. I feel good. Enjoy your weekend ladies!!!
Soooβ¦I had a horrible start to my day. I got up late this morning which led to the kids being late for school, not having enough time to properly pack the kids lunch or even make breakfast. Days like that makes me feel like a horrible mother. Iβm learning to give myself a little grace. Donβt have too many supporters to pour into so Iβm hereβ¦pouring. Thanks for letting me vent. π«ΆπΎ

Currently 44 and struggling with this weightloss , currently carb cycling in a caloric deficit and doing 4 workouts a week, but for some reason my scale keeps going up !! Any ladies 44 losing weight ? Give me hope please !! FYI I do have a stressful life ! But all manages to get done !
