Hey queens ๐ธ I wanna start by saying thank you to my favorite gurl raven ๐๐ฝ, Iโm a nyc bus driver my work hours are from 10-12 hrs a day (overnights) all I wanted to do after work was sleep but I will always remember that 5 minute rule raven onceโs said to us ๐ I will come home n do the challenge work out plus wat ever was due for that day 2-3 hours a day working out ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ ๐ช๐ฝ to then cook for my kids go to bed n do the same thing all over again for 5 days a week . When I started the challenge I was 198bls now Iโm 183 bls .Idk how I did it but I did ๐ช๐ฝ thank you Raven Cruz for always pushing us to be our best , for ur positive energy, words on encouragement , but most importantly for being a great coach ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ thank you bestie . Also thank you to all the queens in this chat for being so supportive we did it you rock queen ๐ธ congratulations ๐พ๐๐ to us ๐ช๐ฝ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐ฅณ

Hello lovely queensโค๏ธ I'm so excited for this new journey with queen warriors ๐ฅฐ๐ช๐ป I have been working out on and off (mostly on) at the gym for some years now without getting all the results I really want, and also I got so bored of my one workout routine as well doing the same thing over and over again๐
I have been lacking motivation lately, and also I have really missed a community to find inspiration, motivation and like minded people. I love working out in the gym, but it will be nice to bring a long the queen warrior app, and also do some workouts from home sometimes as well. I havent been doing a real workout for 3-4 weeks now and that's depressing. Look forward to get back to it!!๐ช๐ป

I stopped after Xmas but did recent replays or joined the lives throughout December, after Xmas I havenโt done QW workouts but I have been on my treadmill 30 minutes a day since Friday! And watched some Coach Alexis nutrition classes which I love ๐๐ผโจ๐.
Yesterday, one of my best friends who I talked into joining Queen Warriors messaged me a reminder to workout and it was such a happy moment! Having one of my BFF here with me is amazing! Get your friends to join Queens!! It makes it extra special receiving a reminder text from a friend โค๏ธโจ๐ช๐ผ.
So ladies this is your reminder to get back! We have each other for motivation! ๐โจ๐

My cycle turned me every way but loose and I had to listen to my body and rest. My goals for 2024 were to feel better about myself and get back to the healthier me. Throughout the many challenges this year, I had to dig deeper and find me. Therapy and this community got me through some storms. Regardless of my weightloss, I'm still moving and making myself a priority. I finished Sammi's Strength Unleashed Wk 2 Day 3 and YT aerobic step class.

Accountability check in: Day 4 of 30 days of movement #NEW Today was a rest day. I took my boys for a walk, walked at pace on the walking pad and did some stretching. Felt good but I missed how good I feel after the QW workouts! Back at it tomorrow!
