Hi queens,

I just did Coach Yvonas last 2 workouts yesterday and today. The grace, the love, the strength, the motivation that seeps through her workout, her words is of a true Queen empowering other queens. Thank you for reminding us that we can push ourselves beyond our own strengths! You always bring it you are missed! Queen killing it coach Yvona and much blessings in your new endeavors.

I started QW and all I did was beginners fast forward about 2 yrs in I only challenge myself and that is because of the mindset I have learned with these Queens. I was in a bad car accident 2 yrs ago that affected my back and neck, and what I am able to do today is mind boggling with gods grace and the talented coaches I move like I am 30! And I’m 48 lol

Tip 😊tap into the yoga and stretch workouts ladies, booty camp, and barre. You will see the difference when you’re in the regular classes. Believe me, I’ve grown stronger conditioning πŸ’ͺ🏽 thank you Fabiana for this community πŸ™πŸΌ

With all the stress going on in this country right now I decided to do the yoga videos and WOW! It helps me disconnect from the world and tune into ME, and may I add I am sore yikes!

I was out for spring break for a whole week and I couldn’t begin on the 10th so I was supposed to begin on on the 17th of this month however I just got back from out vacation. I did the full body workout and the HIIT booty blaster today to make up for yesterdays workout and let me just say, I loveeeddd it!!!! Best workouts I’ve ever done in my life. β™₯️ I am ready to transform not only physically but also mentally!!!

Enjoyed the Monday check in via zoom with Fabiana

I was able to get in 40 minutes on the treadmill - 30 minutes of a light jog and a ten minute cool down.

I joined the live today and the conversation was very uplifting. I wasn’t really able to get a good workout in because of too many distractions with the boys so I’ll circle back and start from the beginning once I get them to bed.

Today was good. Mellow. Stuck with it.

*Circled back and completed week 2 day 1 once the boys were asleep. Ready for this week. Let’s go!
