Good morning Queens! Im up here in KC and its snowy and 4°, I hope everyone is warm and safe. I have been consistent in my workout and nutrition. The gains have been gaining!! Recently my babe got me a treadmill and I have been on it 3 days a week after my workout only for 20 minutes. I feel like I'm losing weight from it and I dont want to lose my butt (vain I know🤦🏽‍♀️).
