this is my makeover from Sept 24th till today Nov 30th from 165.8 to 151.2 pounds . I did gwed super good. I am so proud of me and for joining the best platform @queenwarriorstv for believing in me and for the love n care all my Queens showed towards all of us. I'm getting sexy back .

Awakened to nurture,care and stay on top of my priorities. Had a few minor set backs due to tear and wear. Thank you COACH feeling again that my MOJO is back. It was hard to apply my self and do my very best after all is for my own health. I feel vibrant, energetic, lastly all pains and aches are to a very minimum to none.

Taking one day at a time ...my hubby bought us 2 bikes ....electric lol ... he wants to start too .. its fun and they are pretty heavy you feel it on your thighs n butt. Well the workouts have me sore all ove my body .
