My breakfast for tomorrow 2 boil eggs and piece of steak
Lunch sautéed green beans with garlic n red onions & baked chikcken.
I have cucumbers and avocado and fruits 🍎 and blackberries
My walk before my lunch
N finishing up the week with a workout 🏋️

I put everything oranges, apples love the fall cause that when pomegranate is in season Girl you have to get creative lol

Chicken salad with 1/2 avocado and 2 tostones de pana (breadfruit) with avocado on top.
Yummy.
I was told that are good source of carbohydrates and potassium and they are low in fat depend how you make them. Air fryer

I have a lot of food sensitivity and gluten and dairy free. So I usually eat pretty healthy. I excluded wine and chips for the 6 weeks. Not sure how I’m doing this but wish me luck. I also have a trip end of October to Aruba for a week.

I’m cheating then. lol
