Okay community , I have been on the struggle bus. I know thereโs not right time to start but I want to develope a healthy routine. Iโm a type two diabetic and I struggle with what I can and cannot take ( like protein , pre work out and supplements ) Iโm just I guess polling to see if anyone is in a similar boat and has pointers. My ultimate goal is yes lose weight but over health and balance โฆ is there anyone out there
