Happy Sunday Queens!!  If you haven't done Aimee's Upper Body Power class from Thursday, 9/12 you most definitely should.  I did it yesterday and YALL, my chest and arms are crying today.  Ouch but feel so grateful and STRONG, these shoulders and arms are giving sexy af vibes!  I'm off to show them off at my concert tonight.
