Thank you for sharing this Coach Nay! This week was hard for me. I did get my three workouts in however didn’t eat all my meals because of work and school and just life. Telling myself that everyday is a new day and to keep going. My back is killing me today however I wanna workout and hope to feel better. Hope all you queens are well!
