I LOVED the LYC Spring edition. Definitely doing the next one! Something about having each day mapped out for me made a difference. Was suffering with vertigo the last week so I haven’t completed it yet, I’ve been doubling up, one in the am then one in the pm. I don’t know which coach to pick because I love both and they both bring the 🔥Leaning towards Coach Ray because while I’m cursing her out, she’s making me laugh and I feel great after the workout 🥰

I felt sexy in this class. I used to dance a lot in my younger days but now I’m older and my back and knees were hollering. It didn’t stop me tho😂
