Hi Queens! I see QW promoting a BBL training. Does anyone know if this is a Workout bundle or is it specific workouts ? Says that it has nutrition etc.

Hi Coach Nay ! The start to this year was caught with the flu but now back at it and am at 3 quarters of the GREEN zone on my plate. Although I’d like to see a segment on how to lose belly fat WITH calorie surplus for muscle gain. Can you please integrate this on your next episode?
