I know I’m going to choose beginner workouts but what should I do I want to target my stomach to lose my fupa and lift my butt a little I basically need the mommy makeover within 6 weeks like fab said lol any help ladies

What’s best to work out at night or in the morning today is my first day with no soda and I ate a salad lol idk what else to eat especially when cooking for my family
