Hey everyone my name is mela and I’m excited to be back into the community as a postpartum momma now just trying to figure out what classes to start taking. Also does anyone care to share what their schedule looks like with working out like videos do you watch do you do have arm days and leg days, and full body and do you rotate just looking gain my momentum again and so glad for community 💪🏾💜
