Happy New Year Queens! Goals for the next 3 weeks - commit to the following daily - at least 72 ounces of water, 30 minutes of movement, take my vitamins and set aside time for gratitude (Delilah Dee inspired that last one). My birthday is in 24 days and I am committed to entering the next year of my life with better habits.

What snacks can we have?

Yes!  I love baked sweet potato with almond butter honey and bananas
