First and foremost thank you Fabiana for giving us the space and the love to workout from home. You have sincerely made a huge difference in so many women and I love you for that. As a business owner. I totally understand the constant changes that a company needs to evolve. I do believe that abrupt changes without notice is not the answer especially when you have so many woman used to different workouts and being that not all woman post commentary or email feedback you might not have gotten the correct response. I myself have been a member since 2022. I loved coach Yvona and had multiple videos of her some far back as 2023. Deleting most valuable content is not the answer. Yes making it easier for the new members is absolutely important but you also have members that had routines that we loved and we were able to access with a click which alot of us have stayed for. With love and respect my feedback is not to bash the new setup but it's just so you can read our thoughts on us clients that typically don't post or email for feedback since I sincerely thought it was great before. We are not all happy.

Well said queen. I'm so disappointed with this new setup. I was able to find coach Yvona 2024 - 2025 videos on the search bar under author you can re- save some as to coach Raven and Sammi I only found a couple. I hope this helps. I love me my power lower body and Barre workouts. This new set-up is not doing it for all of us!!.They deleted alot of good content which In my opinion was a huge mistake. Not all queens are new to the platform and we were used to the way things were and we were able to go to our saved videos from our favorite coaches.I hope Fav gets involved with her team and hears what we all feel with the abrupt changes. We are not happy!!

Exactly my point I've used this platform since 2022 my all my favorite coaches are gone 😪 and I have saved videos from Yvona from 2023 that I replayed multiple times a week. This is so sad that they did not consider us at all and made an abrupt change. I hope they stop with all of this changes Main reason I kept my subscription was because of my saved videos now if those are gone I might have to find a new platform.😓😫

I completely understand the growth and evolving changes to the platform. As a long time subscriber I loved the 2023 replays from coach Yvona which due to the currect change are gone. I think you should allow the saved (favorite)videos to be left to each account holder. And not delete them without notice at least give us notice or a way we can download them on our personal data. Thank you hun, I just re-saved her videos. I had some saved from 2023 those are gone. 😮‍💨 I hope Admin stops making so much changes or give us the option to keep some videos on our personal accounts.
