Feeling Amazing. I just wanna come here and say THANK YOU ALL MY QUEEN WORRIORS FAMILY. You all are amazing Queens. I am slowly coming out of a bad fall of anxiety and depression. And so when I’m feeling down I come here. I do some workouts. I meditate. I pray. Just take my me time. Then I’m up again. Morning Joy and Strength reads with Fab helps me through my mornings. Thank you. Literally 1 Day at a time Queens. I know I’m not alone. I just keep reminding myself I got this. QUEENS GOT THIS. Have a bless day my Queens.

THANK YOU TO ALL
Queen warriors, staff, and community of people that are here in your lowest time of need.
I have been struggling and finally reached out for help and I finally am waking up from being bedridden and not being able to do anything. I woke up and said it’s my time. I’m taking over of me. Starting slow and moving up. I started an every day routine. I started walking, started eating my breakfast every morning doing things around the house trying to do different things every day. Keeping my mind focus on me whenever my mind wonders off. It’s going to be almost a month, and I am finally feeling a little better than I did a month ago, and so every day I wake up saying it’s me time no matter what time of the day it is it’s me time because without me then they’re won’t be no me. I have a wonderful family spouse grandkids people that I know loves me, but if I don’t take care of myself, I can’t be there for them so I start it here again, queen warriors, with taking an hour of my me time to focus on my body and soul, and reading a little of everybody. I know that I’m not alone I know the struggle is real. This mental health can’t take a toll on your body and mind. YELL for help CRY for help just do it someone will hear you. Thats what I did. You can come back from it one day at a time, one day at a time. Baby steps. Thank you community. Thank you
Awesome great people.
