Does anybody else do an inclined mountain climber as a modifier?

You can use the search bar for dance and specify the author you're looking for. They only did 2 mash-ups together since January of last year. The older stuff is harder to find because it wasn't categorized exactly how it is now. There is a mash-up section for the newer stuff from the past year, not in the search area, but if you scroll down to the workout types section. Def explore the app and the website to find what you want. You can create your own playlist for videos you want to focus on inside the app too, which is great. Hope this helps

Man burpees, even slow modified ones, make my back/hips hurt so bad. I'm guessing it's from my scoliosis and my permanent injury from my hips dislocating. But it always starts to feel like a pinch or back separation. Hate it so much

Looking forward to the new on demand classes. I never get to catch lives due to my work schedule so I love replays or on demand stuff. I also love that the coaches still are interactive and encouraging live or not in the videos. It is very helpful

The email came from Fabi at Queen Warriors with the subject line say "Important Update: New On-Demand Programs & Live Schedule Changes". I almost missed it

I'm guessing the night classes are due to their own schedules and the fact that likely majority of their audience is in different time zones than Eastern Standard. I would recommend looking into the new on demand ones that are coming or just doing replays. But less than 7 percent of people watch lives. Gotta dedicate more time to other things if that's the case.
