I appreciate this so much bc I can easily fall into the trap of comparing. It’s not as easy as it was when I was younger so I know that I need to stay consistent even more so to strengthen my body.

I have to work on getting enough protein though

Good morning!

I’m a 30 something newbie and have not consistently worked out in years. Ironically, I like the weight I’m at, I just don’t like the belly but would love to build the butt/hips/legs.

Any suggestions on the best path?
