Welcome...yes these were posted when I returned ealry last year. I stayed to see them back in May and June. If you go in the Facebook group and search challenges they should pop up.

Hey Queens, do you guys remember the monthly challenges? I had to go back and find one to help keep me on track. I do this in the mornings If I don't have time to workout and afternoons/ evening times.

Happy new year's Queens! My focus is to be consistent with my health, financial, mental health, spiritual, career, and business. Lose 20lbs. Tone, eat healthy but good. And continue to shine ✨️ 🙌
