This last challenge I had both the Multivitamin and Fat burner. I do my workout first thing in the morning, after that's completed I get started on breakfast (protein shake, eggs, toast) and I will take the pills WHILE I'm eating. I personally feel like my results were great with it, I was left with a lot of energy for the entire day/work day.
