Thankyou so much Coach Raven for your dedication, your positive discipline and drill sergeant mindset really was a catalyst for me here. I love you and appreciate every class you’ve put together. You got me into my splits for the first time in my life, and show me to pop that ass 🥰😘🤩 I know forsure I have to make it FL or to one of your traveling trips to attend a stretch class, and go on the retreat. Y’all doing so great, patientice is truly a virtue, and I know it’ll all be worth it when it comes time to reveal and introduce fresh faces, and new graces. For the LYS challenge, and these are game changers! Lol my son is so silly, and plotting a baby brother already is diabolical😩🫨 yall gonna have to hide me from my husband for a while cause he’s been plotting too… and I know (from QW experience, the slim gains are REAL)I’m gonna be looking and feeling too dang on good and powerful….
