Happy Monday and day 1 of Week 2 !! So excited, I went to Publix and decided to weigh myself, I lost 6lbs !! I couldn’t believe it!! So happy with my progress!! Todays break was boiled eggs and black coffee…. Lunch is looking pretty yummy! Workout will be after work 🙌🏼🥰
Truly feeling inspirational with this challenge! I have struggled with my weight after my third child in my 30’s. I’ve been persistent this entire week with work outs and my meals. Today I started with 4 boiled eggs and black coffee for breakfast, a cheese stick and piece of salami for a snack and now lunch is grilled chicken breast, shredded carrots, guacamole, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes and cucumbers 🥰! Truly great doing this as a team !! Get it Queens!
Happy Day 3 ! Today I decided on a protein smoothie for breakfast , Now lunch is where it’s definitely at today… Let’s get it Queens !! Can’t wait to do my work out with Raven tonight and a nice run on the treadmill 💪🏼🫶🏼💕
