Quick question, what happened to all of the older videos? I can’t find them on my app.

It’s always something. To many coaches leave, turn over rate is terrible. Something needs to be done.

I definitely agree with you. They aren’t showing up for us. There are 100000 of free videos on you tube that we could watch if we weren’t aloof replays

1. Just upbeat music , maybe some trap music

2. Kettlebells and days where the target area is your back, similar to core days

3. I prefer less talk , so affirmation

4. It really depends on the exercise. I noticed for me when it’s rep, I do the recommended amount and that’s it. Once I am done with the intended amount I am done

I just look at the work out and determine what I can manage with limited substitutions. Usually power focus because I can manage most movements. However I seemed to have gained muscle weight and that doesn’t make me happy so now I am trying to incorporate more hitt classes. I always do kettlebell.

I thought advanced was 50 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. I’ll do the adjustment, just wondering if there was a change
