I fell off for Mondays ns Tuesday BUT today did 2 workouts and going to do a dance or barre later! I have been keeping up with my intermittent fasting and eating. Iām plant based & juicing so I feel okay with that portion. Not getting discouraged just getting back in from this 2 day slip up!!!
