I haven’t stopped moving, even if I’ve been quiet in here! Day 23 of 90 …just completed Fabianas LIVE Wednesday workout.

I hope y’all can make it to watch the video!
I felt like my legs were going to fall off!!

Day 11 of 90 days of movement. I haven’t been doing QW workouts each time…but I have been purposefully moving my body every single day!

I have decided 3days lower body (Yvona), 1 day hiit (fabi m or w class) 2 days core/upper body (Yvona/sammi/Jamila) and 1 day stretch with Raven… I think the stretch day will kind of be a “rest” day, yet I’m still moving because I dedicated 90 days of movement, I can’t not have a total lazy day! I’ll fall off track, I know myself too well!
