so Monday and Wednesday I do 30 minutes lower workouts and Tuesday-Thursday I do 30 minutes upper workouts and Friday full hour body workout. Hope that helps

I just joined the challenge I was vulnerable taking a pic of my backside because of insecurity but I’m so excited that I’m doing this challenge to see a change we got this šŸ’Ŗ
