One year of hard work and consistency with the Queens!! Top left corner is where it all started. From 160 to 145! 145 was my goal, now I’ve been focused on strictly building mass and toning! Working out has brought me so much joy, confidence and found it to be therapeutic for me. It’s become my lifestyle and a priority to my everyday life! Thank you Queen Warriors!!
