This is my first challenge. So none of the LYC workouts are live? We come here and due a daily workout on our own? How does the accountability work? When does Fabi go live?

I've also noticed the shift, only God knows where He is leading Fabi and the Queen Warriors Community next. I've been apart Queen Warriors since the beginning and I can honestly tell you these workouts changed my life, it wasn't only the workouts it was the courage and empowerment to keep going!!! Fabi and the other coaches, share powerful words and personal experiences during these workouts and in the end I also shifted my mindset. One thing I'd remind you Elaine is that you're obviously not going to stay in your 20's and your body will continue to change, so why not be ahead of the game and learn how to keep your body healthy and vibrant unlike us old folk who are already experiencing fatigue and set back lol and now have to relearn how to get ourselves back. Nevertheless its your choice to stay or not and chose what you think is best for you. God bless you Elaine 🙏
