Okay I see the stretch classes up again (thank God) but can we possibly get an On-Demand category for the BoxFit like we got with the Glute Camp? I understand that Sable isn’t coaching with QW anymore, but those classes were fire. 🔥 🙏🏼Delilah Dee

I’m a very visual learner and I like to take notes on the nutrition sessions. Any way you can incorporate slides with the key points that you are teaching?

Just press play. Even if you aren’t dressed for it. Even if you really aren’t in the mood. Just push play. Listen to the coach. Before you know it, you’ll be like “I can do that.” And just jump in with whatever you got on & try it out. You will want to come back for more. Plan which days you want to work out and just click the first video you see when you log-in. Don’t even think about it. Once you get into a rhythm and try out various coaches- you will want to pick and choose where you spend your time.

Thank you for taking me back to how I started. It’s a great reminder of how far I’ve come, and encouragement to keep going as I get myself back on track.
