Just press play. Even if you aren’t dressed for it. Even if you really aren’t in the mood. Just push play. Listen to the coach. Before you know it, you’ll be like “I can do that.” And just jump in with whatever you got on & try it out. You will want to come back for more. Plan which days you want to work out and just click the first video you see when you log-in. Don’t even think about it. Once you get into a rhythm and try out various coaches- you will want to pick and choose where you spend your time.
Thank you for taking me back to how I started. It’s a great reminder of how far I’ve come, and encouragement to keep going as I get myself back on track.
