I have been incorporating the stretch classes in my off days as opposed to doing nothing and I am so sad to not have them available so suddenly.

Okay I see the stretch classes up again (thank God) but can we possibly get an On-Demand category for the BoxFit like we got with the Glute Camp? I understand that Sable isn’t coaching with QW anymore, but those classes were fire. 🔥 🙏🏼Delilah Dee

Just press play. Even if you aren’t dressed for it. Even if you really aren’t in the mood. Just push play. Listen to the coach. Before you know it, you’ll be like “I can do that.” And just jump in with whatever you got on & try it out. You will want to come back for more. Plan which days you want to work out and just click the first video you see when you log-in. Don’t even think about it. Once you get into a rhythm and try out various coaches- you will want to pick and choose where you spend your time.

Thank you for taking me back to how I started. It’s a great reminder of how far I’ve come, and encouragement to keep going as I get myself back on track.

I hope this helps. 🩷 It’s pretty simple around here. Just show up, Queen. 🫶🏼

So happy to see you here, Queen! 💕

This year is full of new things for you, boo! I pray the opportunities and blessings abound for you in 2024!
