Day 3, definitely was it for me. Finally feel like I’m doing something right. I was dripping in sweat and that has not happened in a minute. Been eating much better, and I don’t why I was not drinking a gallon of water before cause my bowl has been doing really well an am going more regularly. I really wants to challenge myself so I can become more disciplined in this journey. I can’t wait to see the end result!!
