This is me right now. I was too tired to workout Friday and Saturday and right now I’m sitting on my mat struggling to start. I’m worried if I don’t push I’m going to go back to my old habits. I meal prepped today, tomorrow is work. Looking in the mirror wondering why I still adding weight even though I have been eating healthy and working out 5 times a week for the past month. Idk if I’m doing it wrong.
