Dinner

General tso healthy version

Shaved boiled chicken breast
-Diced white onion
-minced 🧄
Broccoli
2 tbs of general tso sauce
Sautéed

Fried rice healthy alternative

This time around I used jasmine rice 🍚
But you can make it with cauliflower rice
Diced turkey bacon cook it with avocado oil until cooked.
I whole boneless chicken breast
Scollion
2 eggs
1 spoon of teriyaki sauce.

Cook serve with drizzle of balsamic glaze.

I only served 1 cup in a small bowl .
That’s a easy way to eat less.serve your portions in smaller portions plates.

Lunch

Mix tricolor veggies
1 cup of ground turkey
1 cup of tricolor vegan rice
Sprinkled with everything seasoning jalapeño

4 eggwhites with peppers and onions
Portion avocado
1 slice of turkey bacon
1 slice of raisin Ezequiel bread

Lunch time!

For Lunch ezquiel bread toast 2 slices

4oz of grilled chicken
Arugula
3 slices of tomato
Avocado sprinkled with everything bagel jalapeño seasoning.

Good Morning Queens!

Happy Wednesday

Below is my breakfast this morning!

2 eggs scrambled with mix peppers!
1 slice of Ezequiel bread cinnamon raisin with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Half of avocado sprinkled with everything seasoning jalapeño spice.
