Fried rice healthy alternative
This time around I used jasmine rice 🍚
But you can make it with cauliflower rice
Diced turkey bacon cook it with avocado oil until cooked.
I whole boneless chicken breast
Scollion
2 eggs
1 spoon of teriyaki sauce.
Cook serve with drizzle of balsamic glaze.
I only served 1 cup in a small bowl .
That’s a easy way to eat less.serve your portions in smaller portions plates.
