They should send you an email saying there you on the private group. If not, go to your community button on the app and make sure in top left corner you press the back button and see if you are on it. You should be able to see the group chat there. Worst case, you probably need to reach out to them and let them know you signed up but are not in the group chat. I wasn’t on it since when I paid using via Apple Pay it had a different email to the one I actually signed up for on QW so I just asked them to make that change and in less than 24hours they responded.
