The workouts were great but there were a ton of typos and incorrect titles. One small example is in the list of equipment that shows up on the screen, it says “Matt” instead of “mat”. Also a few times, the name of the workout was listed incorrectly.

Miss Millz thank you! So I started with QW maybe two years ago but I was NEVER consistent. I would feel extreme fatigue after working out for maybe 1 or 2 weeks and then I’d stop. I’ve been the most consistent I’ve ever been now because I’ve been eating what I need to fuel my body. I like doing the advanced power workouts, and barre for my rest days. I also walk a lot!

Queenssss! I was feeling discouraged about my fitness journey so I decided to take a flick for comparison. The scale said I lost about 10 lbs but my body SEEMED exactly the same.
The first picture I took was in January, the second today. I can’t believe the progress that I’ve made!! 🥹🥹I was making gains without even realizing it. Make sure you take your pictures, queens!!! I feel so motivated to keep going even more. 🥰🥰
