Okay so I did day W3 D5 today and will be doing W3 D1& D4 tomorrow and Saturday because I need to adjust my times for this week but didn't want to miss out either. D5 stretch was what I didn't know I needed this week!
BY THE WAY! My coworker today told me I looked mas flack (smaller) and I was like 🤩🤭💁♀️ girl thank you for noticing! Mind you I hadn't pooped in 2 days so I was slightly bloated lol
