Thank you, Queen Warriors and Coach Raven! I started my journey in April at 230 pounds. I haven't been under 200 pounds since having my daughter 7 years ago!! I have another 30 to go, but celebrating the hell outta this win! Buying some cute workout clothes as a reward 💖

Hey ladies. I just finished my first queen warrior workout! I was wondering if any of you experienced a lot of knee pain early on like during the burpies etc? Did it eventually start to hurt less or do you modify your workout?
