GM and Hello Wk 2! So wanted to inquire what would be helpful to do when possibly pulling a muscle? My calf / behind the knee is so tight / bothers to walk after completing Wk 1 and not how I wanted to start Wk 2. I think I should rest it out for today but just checking if anything else Yvona Gonzalez 😮💨
