Update: my husband helped me fix my movement to match yours.

Okay. At 37is seconds I’ve gotta do this for a few days to get it because I’m feeling the burn in the bending part more in my thigh on the Right side than my glute. As I kept doing it I did start feeling the movement closer to the glute but not quit

Thank you Fabiana for checking on us. I feel so much better my first day back here. I’ve always felt better after moving my body. My husbands already heavy into fitness we want to be the example for our daughter that movement is one of the best gifts you could reward yourself.

Queen you aren’t alone. I’ve had to rejoin repeatedly in the last 3 years because my life’s been so crazy and I couldn’t afford to keep my memebership. I’m a year and a month postpartum and I am PRAYING that I’m able to stay disciplined and focused on bettering myself. Even if you start with five minutes of the video you’ve shone up for yourself. You’re going to do great because it’s been on your mind to do better. The mind is a powerful thing hun. The affirmations done before each session starts is exactly what every last one of us Warriors need because a lot of us feel the same way. You aren’t alone. I said a lot..I hope this helps

This is my first Queen Worrior workout in 2 years. Life has been lifing. I’ve returned to Queen Worriers community repeatedly for about 3 maybe 4 years? At first I felt like a joke but God is good. I’m back 1 year and 1 month postpartum. Thank you so much for sharing where I can start really rebuilding my core. It’s good to be back🥰
