Awww Maan I literally just did my 1st workout in a long time on the app from my tv😑... UPDATE I did it through the web browser and plugged my hdmi cord to my tv..I see a streak on the website calendar but not on the app

Protein powder

Hii beautiful queens! Have you tried any of these oxywhey protein powders? I been hearing about them and wanted to give it a try but of course there's no small trial size . I usually do the premier protein shakes and also the core power ones

Soon as I log in, I see this pop up. One of my goals for this month was to find an easier way to manage my nutrition cuz uh I be thinking WAY too hard about this and somehow slip back into unhealthy eating habits🫣 lemme press play now lol
