Day 1. Completed work out week 1 Day 1. Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs with 1 slice of Ezequiel bread. Lunch - protein drink with cheese stick, dinner chicken spinach and tomatoes. β€οΈπNo snacks. Feeling confident about this challenge. π
