Hey everyone! I am looking for some advice regarding nutrition and workout schedules. Specifically, I want to know if people usually eat before an evening workout or after? I’m doing Fabi‘s workout tonight at 7:30 as well as 8 PM and will not finish until 8:30. I don’t want to eat too late, so I’m wondering if I should eat dinner prior and snack after or if I should eat dinner afterwards? I appreciate any insight!🙏🏼❤️
