I just received this news via email and I know it’s for the best if Yvona has to move on to new goals and dreams but I’m not gonna front … no ma’am. This news made me tear up to read. I know she has no clue who I am but I’m a QW since 2021 and I remember it well… almost four years now… along with Fabi, Yvona being introduced to do dance classes and teach us how to move that thang🍑to the music. Then she had her own workout classes and oh. my. gawd. You can ALWAYS count on coach Yvona to challenge you and make you put in work. I say this with the utmost respect.. Yvona goes into beast mode and she is an AMAZING human being, a kind soul, a FANTASTIC coach & she’s taught me to feel better about myself and I have even tried BARRE🩰 for the first time because of her classes. I just did a replay of 1 of yvona’s classes prior to writing this novel length comment and I’m crying. I am REALLLLLLLLY going to miss her!! I love the way she ends some workouts telling us to repeat the kindest and most uplifting affirmations to ourselves. She is EVERYTHING one could want in a coach and she will be missed. Coach Yvona if you read this, I’m sending you a big ole virtual hug 🫂and so much love from San Francisco.🌉 I hope you feel a ton of Cali Love and all my gratitude from this message. 🙏THANK YOU for four years of some of the best & toughest & most rewarding workout classes I’ve ever participated in. I will continue to do your replays for sure! I wish you all the best in life because you deserve it Queen. I have So Much love & respect for you. P.S. I’m really going to miss your live workouts💪🥹 .
