It’s almost 9pm & I’m proud to say I did this replay finally! 🙌👏as I expected, Coach Ray brought ALLLLL the GOOD VIBES & ✨high ENERGY! 💃I feel a lot better than how I was feeling prior to the class & just glad I made myself do this.💪 It wasn’t easy but it was worth it & the core workout midway through was also fantastic! Wow oh wow…I am SO emotional. 🥹✨I left all my feelings on the farewell to Yvona post from Thursday but I have to say that I just bawled like a baby watching the end of this . I LOVE THEM ALL.🙏💐this was such a real beautiful moment & I’m glad they did this.🌸🌼🌻🌺🩷These 3 women are so important & special to me and the QW community & I have so much love & gratitude for each of them.
